So, this morning, my brain decided to wake up. My eyes didn’t open yet, but all I could think was “fuck..it’s gotta be like 5am.” I rolled over to look at my phone…5:08…AM!
Apparently, my brain was like, “yeah, I know you’re sick and you have work today but I’m gonna fuck everything up. Kay? Cool.”
So then I started thinking about...

I’m reading a book of essays written by lesbian teachers and students (I may have mentioned it before). They speak about their experiences coming out, being loved/discriminated against, and what they have learned thus far.
Nearly every story chokes me up because of how beautiful these women are. And it makes me want to pursue graduate school even more so that I may teach and educate young...

Huh…I’ve thought I was 5’3” for like, ever. Drivers license says it, the doctor has said so but when I just measured myself, I’m like 5’4” and a quarter. Huh.
