I just post (& reblog) things that I like. Or don't like and feel like bitching about.

The image above is static, but the counters you can get on the site are real stats. I didn’t realize saying something is “so gay” is still used or seen as acceptable. Clearly it is.

Free speech, bb.  I still say, I don’t even try not to.  Maybe when I stop getting stereotyped as a white girl, or as associated with the military… I’ll start to give a shit.  Sure isn’t looking good, though

You’re absolutely right.  Free speech.  You’re also free to use other inflammatory words and phrases like nigger and chink, but that doesn’t make it right.  But then again, you probably do, just because someone once said something about you.

When will people learn that perpetuating hatred and passing on negative feelings doesn’t do anyone good?  Where is the logic in that?  Making someone else feel like shit or offending them or abusing them just because it happened to you makes no sense.

Poor, sad, white girl.

How is me saying the word “gay” perpetuating hatred?

I’m a little O_O right now, edatrix used to be one of my favorite blogs.

I agree with free speech but I’m also against using words like these.

“that’s so gay” perpetuates hatred because it exemplifies something negative.  It’s similar to a reblog I made about the word “girl

why can’t we just use a words that doesn’t create “the other?”
